Welcome to the Rodney Powell Awards 2026 nomination form. These awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of Thomas Pocklington Trust volunteers, including Sight Loss Council members, Student Voices and Young Voices. Full guidance on the awards and example nominations can be found on this document.

You can submit as many nominations as you like, but each individual or team requires a separate form. You cannot nominate yourself, but you can nominate a team you were part of.

The awards will be judged by an impartial panel, who may not be familiar with your work, so please provide as much detail, examples, and evidence of impact as possible.
